Return, Sale & Exchange Policy

Alkaram Gold International

At Alkaram Gold International, we are committed to trust, transparency, and authenticity. This policy covers all aspects of returns, exchanges, and sale/buyback for our jewellery and precious metals.

1. Gold & Diamond Jewellery

Buyback & Sale Restriction

  • Purchased items cannot be sold back within 3 months of purchase.

  • This rule applies even if delivery has not yet been received.

  • Reason: We do not promote speculation, gambling, or satta trading.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Exchange Policy

  • Sold Jewellery items can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery or self-pickup from the store.

  • The new Jewellery item must be of equal or higher value than the originally purchased item.

  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange.

  • Jewellery items cannot be exchanged to pure gold or pure silver.

Return Value

  • Return or exchange value will be calculated according to the rules of the Sarafa Association of Pakistan for 22K / 21K jewellery.

2. Pure Gold & Silver

Buyback & Sale Restriction

  • Purchased items cannot be sold back within 3 months of purchase.

  • This rule applies even if delivery has not yet been received.

  • Reason: We do not promote speculation, gambling, or satta trading.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Price Difference

  • Gold bars: Buy-sell price differences for pure gold bars generally vary between 1% and 3% based on market volatility. Please note that any price changes caused by unforeseen market conditions must be borne by the customer

  • Silver bars: Buy-sell price differences for pure silver bars generally vary around 10 % based on market volatility. Please note that any price changes caused by unforeseen market conditions must be borne by the customer

Warranty & Packed Bars

  • Warranty for packed bars is void if opened.

  • Opened bars cannot be purchased back by Alkaram Gold International.

Original Receipt Requirement

  • All sales and buybacks require the original receipt, even if the Alkaram logo appears on packaging.

3. General Notes

  • All returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and verification.

  • Customized, engraved, or special items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Price differences, making charges, and market fluctuations are applied as per Sarafa Association and market rates.

Any jewellery or pure gold article that has been tampered with—including the removal or replacement of stones, alteration of the product, or testing/exposure to mercury, diesel, acids, chemicals, or other laboratory substances—will immediately void its warranty.
AlKaram Gold International reserves the right to refuse the buyback of any article that has been tampered with, altered, or chemically tested in any manner.
